Whether you're buying a waterfront home with a lift already in place, you've just come through a storm, or you simply want to know the true condition of a lift you've owned for years, a professional inspection tells you what you're actually working with. Boat lifts fail from the inside out — cables corrode internally, gearboxes wear, and pilings deteriorate below the waterline where nothing is visible from the dock. We're well known by home inspectors who aren't trained in boat lift evaluation, or who won't get in the water to properly assess a waterfront property. We do both.
